Why This Workflow Was Built

Manually calling leads and collecting qualification data can quickly become time-consuming. This automation removes delays between lead capture and follow-up, helping sales teams respond faster, store details consistently, and never miss out on high-potential leads.

Node Breakdown

1. New Lead Captured:

Trigger: Google Sheet (rowAdded)

Purpose: Monitors a lead sheet for new entries, typically capturing phone numbers submitted via a form.

2. Initiate Voice Call (VAPI):

Action: HTTP Request (POST)

Purpose: Sends the captured phone number to VAPI’s voice API to initiate a qualification call. The AI agent collects basic information such as name, company, and challenges.

3. Receive Lead Details from VAPI:

Trigger: Webhook (POST)

Purpose: Receives the qualification results from the VAPI voice call including responses from the lead.

4. Save Qualified Lead to CRM Sheet:

Action: Google Sheet (appendOrUpdate)

Purpose: Stores the returned data in the CRM sheet for the sales team to review or act on.

5. Send Call Data Acknowledgement:

Action: Webhook

Purpose: Sends a confirmation back to VAPI indicating successful receipt of lead data.
